AI Innovation Industry Project Completed with SOAS University of London
Kalapula Agribusiness Ventures Limited (KAbV) is pleased to share the successful completion of our Virtual Industry Project with students from SOAS University of London, delivered in collaboration with Practera.
The AI consulting group explored how affordable Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data-driven tools can support our integrated circular farming system. Their research identified practical opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and better measure our economic, social, and environmental impact.
The team was led by Madeleine Fowler, with members Hamza A, Abdullah Abdirahman, Alan Xue, Amy Kan, and Najma Bihid. Within a short timeframe, they produced a well-researched and insightful report with practical recommendations for applying AI within rural agricultural systems.
We sincerely thank the students for their professionalism, dedication, and collaborative spirit throughout the project. Their insights will help inform our future innovation and digital strategy as we continue to scale sustainable agriculture in rural Zambia.
